I needed my order to be refunded and put on a 1.9% card instead of the higher card. The customer service was not knowledgeable. I was later contacted by email to tell me that I was not able to do this.

I had to modify the tire chains. They were too big. I removed two(2) cross links to make them fit my tires!

I did not appreciate the way I was contacted to check on my credit card. Three days after I placed the order, I had to call to verify that I did indeed place the order. Two days later the tire arrived.
