The whole can only ship to an address on the card is dumb. Also the fact that I did not receive a useful tracking number was annoying. I was able to track it, but it was a pain. Also, you need to offer free shipping on all orders over 50 dollars.

I thought a week to deliver was a bit slow but it did come on time. I would have liked the tracking to tell me where it was during the week. This pond pump is really nice.
