typically the items I want are in stock and shipped promptly; on this particular order a number of items were not in stock; this was not indicated on the web site when I ordered but follow up from BGH staff was good; one box was damaged in transit...

Great Customer Service.. they Had some inventory numbers off but thats a hard thing to regulate to close so no big deal.. Great people and products
