I wish you would return to making the paper products in the holiday pattern. I used them to complement my fine china in that pattern and really miss the plates and napkins.

I was very pleased to see that Lenox still had the wine glasses that my niece had registered for on her bridal registry. For some reason, Macy's where she was registered had discontinued all of her wine glasses. Happy that I could get them from...

I don't know who to contact, but I never received a shipment information on this order, how to track it, or when it had shipped! And now I get this survey...I don't know where my package is or how to even track it!

I was a little disappointed that the Tuskers ornaments were not immediately available, however they did arrive in plenty of time and I am sure the receiver of this gift will be very pleased.

As of today, November 20, 2009, my Santa figurine has not been recieved. I had notice it would be shipped around Nov. 29th.
