Good experience. Although there was a slight delay due to a procurement delay onht merchant's end, they worked with me to keep me informed and reroute shipment as needed. Very positive experience.

I love the ring, but the size is not what I ordered and when I asked the customer service she said that was a 5.5 size on the web while I measure from a few store it is 5.75. A bit disapionted but love the ring.

Diamonds on Web was very helpful when putting together a custom ring. Layla from Customer Service was outstanding with her assistance. I will not hesitate to go back to Diamonds on Web in the future. I received the ring in a timely manner.
