I love the ring, but the size is not what I ordered and when I asked the customer service she said that was a 5.5 size on the web while I measure from a few store it is 5.75. A bit disapionted but love the ring.

Diamonds on Web was very helpful when putting together a custom ring. Layla from Customer Service was outstanding with her assistance. I will not hesitate to go back to Diamonds on Web in the future. I received the ring in a timely manner.

When our engagement ring was first ordered we received a call within 30 minutes to say the setting we ordered was "not in stock", but this was not stated on the web page. DoW did waive our $20 overnight shipping as compensation.
