Same day air advertised arrival @ or before noon...product arrived @ 7:00pm...UPS driver said we cannot deliver to my area @ noon.,...even though it was advertised on your site..

My item was not in stock and I was told it would take 28 days. I could not wait and cancelled the order. I received no notification the item was not in stock even though I paid for 2 day postage. I had to call to find out.

We were amazed at the fact that we got overnight delivery on our orders. All products were aa depicted on the website and delivery confirmations were e-mailed to us quickly. Overall a good experience.

My faucet came the very next day with free shipping!It was exactly what i expected. I have not hooked it up yet but am not worried it looks high quality, came with all the pieces and was packed great.I have already gone back and purchased a tub...

shipping box was badly damaged. Box had been stabbed with fork through both the outside box and the individual item box inside. No apparent damage to toilet tank.

Requested standard shipping (5-6 days), and received my order 2 days later. Packaging was sturdy. Online ordering experience, with PayPal payment, was painless.
