I'm very happy you have a ship to Canada feature that shows the tax and duties which makes it easier to valuate the full cost of buying goods online from USA. And your price point is excellent!

Order late, Informed after call part back ordered now shipped.
Disappointed not being informed of the back order, or option to accelerate the shipping, agent told I knew nothing of UPS shipping and if I didn't like it to just return the items.

I had ordered and received another faucet and did not like the finish and called to speak with someone to see how to return it and order another. The customer service person was very knowledgeable, everything very easy.
Love my new faucet.

Website indicated items were in stock and would usually ship in three days. Four weeks later, Faucet Direct cannot tell me when the ordered items will ship (except one small item which has arrived). This has thrown off scheduled bathroom...
