Wrong color was ordered twice with the help of rep. I was told the color I needed for replacement is not available and it is on Ebay, but not through your store.

Every one at faucet direct was polite and helpful. They were easy to contact and very helpful. The first item i ordered was out of stock. I was very disappointed in the warehouse shipping.

One of the sink stoppers slowly drains when it's not supposed to, but I expect there will be an easy fix to this. The other one works great. Shower/tub items are fine.
