my order is 2 weeks late and still not received. Viatminproshop has offered no explanation except prepared automatic responses which do not address the issue

I am really impressed by the timely delivery; but moreso the mechanisms in place to ensure my satisfaction and delivery of my order. It is as if I really mattered and really existed as a person. Sincerely, Micheal
