I did not realize that the machine I purchased was refurbished until I got the first order status. I would have likely purchased it in any event. It is working well and I spent $100 less than on a 'new' machine. So far, all is good!

I asked for a price match b/c I found the same coffee for less. I never recieved a response and have no idea if it was matched. Also, I called and the operator was nice however the answer I got was - "it looks like it will be ok, they are reviewing...

I didn't realize that the butterfly espresso cups I ordered were all different colors until I opened it. I thought they were all the color of the one pictured on the website...but they're still cute.

I have had success in the past ordering with Whole Latte Love. Unfortunately this time they shipped an incorrect item in the order, and did not ship one of the items I requested. They resolved the issue with one phone call, shipping the proper item.
