When you send any kind of liquid item,petco needs to use the better packaging. This was the second time the cap was not tied enough and spilled entire bottle and also damaged some items that I bought for my puppy.

I normally drive 40 miles each way to the nearest Petco to purchase these items, and was thrilled that I was able to order on line with FREE SHIPPING!!!! If I had to pay for shipping I would not have ordered on line, and it saved me a long trip.

Company late with shipping product, product shipped was packed really well but, arrived damaged. Company shipped damaged product to me. I would have passed over this piece in a retail establishment.
