My heppa filter had to be back ordered and delayed the original ship date. I am fine with that. I have an older air purifier and was glad to even find one. Thank You very much. Jerry

tHIS WAS MY SECOND ORDER OF THE PURCHASED ITEM, ONCE FOR ME AND ONCE FOR A GIFT. bOTH TIMES THE ITEM AS OUT OF STOCK AND ON BACK ORDER. bOTH TIMES I HAD TO EMAIL OR PHONE TO FIND THIS OUT. THE PRODUCT IS EXCELLENT.

I was unable to add multiple items to my cart: 1) I was charged multiple shipping charges; 2) Excessive shipping cost for a 10-year vacuum warranty. Called customer service the next day--couldn't help because the items already shipped. Still best...
