Great website layout. I do most of my shopping online and Timberland is the ONLY company that sends a e-mail checking to see if I recieved my product. I love this.

After getting through a maze of automated responses, the person I spoke to had little knowledge of information regarding my question and was not very pleasant to talk to.

I don't mind responding to surveys as they help the company to provide better service. I don't like the "bait" for ability to win something and then to find it is to buy magazines. There is never anything really "free".

i set of boots fit, but the other had a much looser fit. i reordered in a smaller size and hop that isn't too small.
