The rug was a tad bit wider than the space we needed it for, but as it's handmade we realize that can be expected. We really loved the pattern and colors, so we kept it and are using it in another area.

Overall,I'm very pleased/happy with the Three Persian Rugs/Carpets that I purchased from Rugman.com and the staff has excellent customer service skills,most especially Jonathan, I applaud his honesty & courtesy.Your products too are wonderful.

I appreciated the level of customer service that was available to me as I made my purchase. The rugs that I purchased look beautiful. There are small issues with one of the rugs that I purchased, but the 180 day return policy puts my mind at ease.

We love the rug but we think the color might be a little too dark. We are living with it for the week. If we return, we will reorder another rug first.
