Shipping out occurred the next day on a late day order. Excellent!

Very disappointed. Had to return an item and clearly requested for a replacement to be sent. Instead, they credited me and did not apologize for the oversight. Beware of the hacker safe web site. I just received notification from Peltz that their information has been invaded and my personal information may have been compromised. Not very safe or satisfied. (more)

Buyer Beware! The first time I place my order, I got a confirmation right away that my order was accepted and got an order #. A week later the cost was still not deducted from my credit card. I called and was told that it was cancelled because I hadn't filled out all the boxes, but I had. I placed my order again online. Again I was instructed in an email to call. I did and was told that they needed to verify that I was shipping to a different address from the billing address and was assured the shoes would ship that day. The price of the shoes I wanted were incredibly low and the shoe was of a quality that I went and bought two more of the same!

I found a particular shoe in a color that I could not locate anywhere else and was thrilled. I proceeded to order this shoe and it was shipped very promptly. The quality of the shoe more than met my expectations. I have purchased this particular style for many seasons at upscale retail department stores and this season could not find the summer colors. However, when I found them online at Peltz, I ordered them immediately. I was so thrilled at finding them available, I have also purchased an additional pair in a similar style. They were easy to locate the first time, although the second time it took a bit more research to locate them on the website. Overall I like this website very much... (more)

Ordering/shipping process was slowed by the fact that they had issues with me wanting to ship to an address different from my billing address. I was not impressed with the fact that I ordered this online, with all the appropriate boxes filled in, to put in separate billing/shipping addresses... but yet FIVE days after placing the order I was sent an email instructing me to CALL them (during their business hours, of course), for security purposes before processing my order (with no further info provided). This was rather inconvenient, especially since this email was sent 5 days later, which basically delayed my order by 5 days. Also, the packaging was pretty banged up once I recieved it... although... I ordered an item and then ordered another because of the reduced shipping on the second item. Well, I was contacted by Peltz notifying me that the item I ordered was not available however, it was still listed for sale on the Peltz site. When I called, they said it was indeed available. I then got another e-mail that said it was not available. The second pair of shoes came but not the shoes that I really wanted. I ended up paying the higher shipping charge for shoes that I thought I was getting the shipping deal on and never did get the original shoes. I think it is a rip-off. I think Peltz fills orders according to the amount purchased and not on a "first come first served" basis! I WILL... (more)
