My biggest complaint is that my entertaiment center I ordered was damaged in shippment I was surprised it wasn't more damaged than it was by the looks of the box the only thing holding the box together was that it was enclosed in plastic.

Shipping info never got emailed to me so I had to call about that. First time I got hung up on and the second time the guy was kinda rude but gave me the info I needed. Shipping time was great though.

When accessing the status page of my shipment it wasn't clear what the bill number was. I had to call the shipper to find out the status of the shipment.

Delivery was to be between 11 and 3. At 3 I went online. Truck left at 10:50 but I was the 6th stop. If I knew that earlier I would not have sat around waiting all day. Received call at 4:10 for directions. Delivery was at 4:30. The driver was great.
