Almost 3 weeks I haven't receive the HDTV I ordered yet.. and no ETA.. But the money was taken out of my account the 3rd day after I placed the order... The representative on phone was not polite..

It took almost a week to receive my sales receipt for the camera I purchased, even though a representative said it would arrive within 48, but it was very easy to contact the service department. And once the item shipped it got to my house quickly.

I should have been notified a signature was required for delivery. I would have sent it to my office. I had to wait 4 extra days (till Saturday for delivery)

I was overall pleased with U S Appliance, however, the delivery company (RL Carriers), has a lot to be desired. We could not get together about a delivery time and they were very unwilling to help be of any service.

I and my family were really excited to get our new Sony HDTV and Sony sound system with Blu-ray, however there was a delay in shipping because of high demand. This caused some negative feelings, but I can understand the problem.
