Never got final bill for exact purchase as order was revised due to product availability.  Email sent requesting final bill for the exact & entire purchase on Thurs, 04/23/09 & to date, 04/25/09, no response?! I wonder why? Did I pick wrong...

Your prices are not competitive. I was offered a SD 6 or 8 Gig hi-speed memory card for $60 plus. I bought it elswhere for mere $22. When you sell something about $1000 worth, you should do better on small stuff.

I found tristate by googling for free shipping and handling. TriState was overwhelming with questions about my satisfaction, receipts and tracking. I'm glad the customer service was so prominent and accessible, however unnecessary.

The lens I wanted was discontinued yet still showed online as available (even now). I feel I was "bait and switched". The turnaround requirement for returns is silly too (10 days from order date??) took 4-5 days to get to me

After the item shipped it didn't take long however the entire verification process took entirely to long. I was at the point of canceling the order and going somewhere else. I hate to shop and do 90% of my shopping online, most online line vendors...
