I sm very happy with what was ordered. I was surprised at how long it took to get here. The products arrived the day after I received an e-mail saying that they had been shipped which, was a week after I ordered them.

THIS WAS A FIRST TIME PURCHASE. I LOOKED EVERYWHERE FOR THE ITEM I NEEDED AND FOUND IT WITH YOU. I WAS NOT SURE HOW IT WOULD LOOK BUT WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED.

The bassinet cover said ecru it is white and does not fit the bassinet well. . My rocking chair is very nice but it took awhile to deliver. I contacted customer service via email and received no response as to why the delay

The bassinet came in damaged and there was a large cut in the box, so I assume that it happened during shipping. I contacted the bassinet company and they are sending me a replacement within 5-10 business days. Thankfully I ordered weeks in... (more)

took so long for it to ship from your warehouse. I had to email to ask about it. Finally got a response that my order was being shipped that day and would receive a confirmation that it had shipped. I did not receive a confirmation.

My only disappointments were that my bedding did not match the color I expected from the web site, and that I didn't get all of my money back when I made the return. I got most of it back though. I was happy with the customer service though.
