I got everything on time and it was all there except they never sent the directions with it so it took me over 5 hours to put it together and figure out for myself where all of the different kinds of screws and bolts were suppose to be attached.

The preschool chairs are really a great product at a great price. The chairs look sturdy and durable. Hopefully the should last a few years. I would highly recommend this site to anyone

We received our ordered however, we did not receive our dolly to be shipped with our order. The order came on 9/14/09 this is 9/26/09 and we still do not have the dolly. Yes I did call on 9/21/09 and was told they would ship it out rifgt away....

The hardware in the package was cheap. One of the screws broke off in the threaded hole. I was sent 2 right side arms. Holes countersunk on wrong side. Please purchase and sell American made chairs. This chair is sub quality. JRF
