I was disappointed that it took 5 days to receive my order. The same order made to Verizon was received the next day. I was also disappointed that I never received an email until after I had the phone. I had no idea what I was being charged or...

Shipment came super fast but you shipped me two phones so I am sending one back. NOt used to phone yet so can not comment, battery does not last long and the net is a little tough, I need more time to work with it before I can comment more.

i think you should offer more free phones to customers your selection sucks i am not happy with the free phones you have to offer thinkin of changing to Verizon wireless because your phones suck

I was pleased with the contact made to me re: issues w/transferring my number to the new service. All who helped in make sure I knew what to do to enable them to do their part was fabulous. I felt like I was the only customer.
