I paid extra money on 2 day delivery,but the item showed up 3 days later..I should receive some type of refund or something for that mistake..

Tracking numbers were wrong. If both packages were to leave at the same time, how can there be a weeks delay? Don't send tracking num,bers with the wrong weights then correct it days later. If you cannot ship, then tell the customer by PERSON.
