Sorry this is late. I've only just recieved the items. We live in two worlds ~ Europe & North America. It took some time for the items to actually be in my hands. I'm sorry I missed the chance to pick up an update of Vegas in the process...

Worked great that U offer a working trial version of the software. I was able to take my time, test and evaluate to ensure the software met my needs.Once ready to purchase, the online instant purchase and prompt download of software was effecient.

The returned item was not immediately credited. I had to call them to remind them of the refund. It took about a month. I, however, did receive a refund. Thanks.

Order was received on time. My order also included a support plan, but there's nothing on the invoice or package showing that I've purchased this support plan. Documentation would certainly help.

Phenominal product. Incredible flexibility and power. 2 issues: Help always assumes a simplistic case; more complex problems are not listed. Second: DVD Authoring refused to compress a 1 hour 44 minute video to fit on DVD. Had to use another program.

I ordered Sony Vegas Movie Studio Pro Pack (Download) and installed it as instructed, The sound studio did not register itself corectly. I have reinstalled it several times as in FAQ, but no help. Asked help through web-sitebut have not received...
