This email came before I got my products. Also would have liked to be notified before a product was substituted for another. Other than that I do like shopping on line with A1 Skateboards.

Half of the merchandise ordered was out of stock. Took several phone calls to get the order straight. Would not credit my credit card for items out of stock after repeated requests. I had to go to my credit card company to settle dispute.
