When I placed my order, I was advised that I would be notified via email with my shipping date & tracking information. I did not receive an email. I contacted Signature Hardware via live chat and was provided the information.

I love the product and the service,but I have a problem with the restocking charge. Since it is an internet service, you can't see what you are purchasing until it is received. Charging for restocking will prevent me from shopping with them again.

On-line tracking was inaccurate being revised at approximately five o'clock PM, resulting in my being available to receive a shipment that did not arrive until the following day.
