I called customer support and only reached voicemail. But I was called back promptly and the woman who helped me was very courteous and efficient. I received my order on time and the quality is good. i AM SATISFIED WITH MY EXPERIENCE.

Problems with Fed-Ex. Had to call. Finally did arrive, but much later than expected. I would have liked the option to deliver overnight or 2 day. We are now waiting on another order which is again LATE.

I took a survey at the end of my purchase as I thought I was helping Signature Hardware with their ordering process. However, at the very end it turned out to be a sales pitch that signed you up for some BS I didn't want.
