It took a little longer than I had expected to receive my order. It was a Mother's Day gift and I was afraid that it wasn't going to get to me in time, but it did. Just barely.

The glasses I ordered are much smaller than I thought they would be -- size was defined in ounces, not height. They're too small, but they're monogrammed so I'm stuck --- I guess.

3 to 5 delivery means just that. i ordered it on a Saturday (weekend) and did not expect it to come the next Monday But I did expect it to come by the next Saturday.

I wanted the itme delivered during a specific week as we were out of town for a month, but was informed that was not possible--so I had to wait and have it delivered at an inconvenient time.
