I was looking to purchase a watch online. And i had heard from a friend about authenticwatches.com. After going through their user friendly website i was able to find the tag heuer carrera watch i was specifically looking for. Shipping was super fast. Without any hidden suprises whats so ever. Customer Service kept hinting in their response that ordering directly from its website was the best deal even though my query had been on the description of an Ebay auction item. I eventually ordered from its website and paid with Paypal but had my order cancelled and refunded by merchant as they insist on bank transfer as the only mode of payment for overseas buyer. I subsequently bought the same watch from Amazon.com at a few handred dollars cheaper in a hassle free transaction after some quick responses & confirmation to my queries on the product description. I recently purchased a Tag Heuer Formula 1 watch from Authenticwatches.com. The website was very easy to navigate, the selection of watches was great and the prices were among the best I could find on the internet. Free overnight shipping was included in the purchase price and I did receive the next business day (I ordered Friday morning and received it on Monday afternoon). The watch arrived in perfect condition, brand new, exactly as I expected. However the watch had a small flaw. The flaw is aesthetic and common among this model of watch, but mine exhibited enough of a problem that it bothered me terribly.
