Thanks for everything, I'm really excited to coach my girls with the Knew volleyballs. This Catholic School really needed knew balls so thanks for the upgrade of balls that were replaced for the discontinued balls.

It would have been fine if Volleyhut had emailed me to tell me one item I ordered was out of stock so I could select a substitue. I shouldn't have been charged an extra $8.95 after selecting a substitute for the 3rd item ordered.

Best customer service I have ever received. A return was due to my error, but VolleyHut was exceptional in helping rectify the problem (shoe size). I have already shared my experience with friends, who will be visiting the VolleyHut web site.
