Did not know it would come in with an adapter. Had to format to use in trv 820. would be nice if those instructions were in packag. Over al I am satisfied and will keep memorys stick as I know they a. thanks for everything

I did a search to find the memory stick I wanted and the price was good, so I ordered it. It was shipped by the expected date and I will use this vendor again many times as I need their product.

Phone support is non existent. I held for a full 35 minutes and never got to speak with a customer service person. On line chat was the only way I was able to get my questions somewhat.

For some strange reason - the billing address originally submitted would not verify upon submitting the order. We moved over a year ago, address changes were updated with the credit card co, yet our current address would not take.

I should have ordered "overnight delivery" instead of 2-3 day delivery; I placed my order on Sunday and thought it would certainly arrive by Friday, 1 day before my vacation. Well, it arrived Saturday afternoon, 6 hours after I flew to the West...
