I am extremely happy with my product. I was also very impressed (and appreciated greatly) that a Tennis Co. representative contacted me to advise that one of my items was back ordered and gave ME the option of waiting or mailing what was in stock.

Competitors provide return shipping on orders, which Tennis Company does not. I would have appreciated receiving a communication indicating that the returned item was received and my charge card credited.

The Tail Tech tennis shirt (black/light blue) was cut very large and I had to have it altered. I have worn Tail and Tail Tech clothing for years and this has never been a problem. The shirt was extremely wide.

I had ordered a pair of K-Swiss shoes. I did not expect them to arrive in time for my trip. They DID arrive the day before I left for regional playoffs in Indiana. Thank You for excellent service.
