I don't understand why my order for the Villeroy and Boch French Garden Orange dinner plates was canceled. The website said they were in stock when I placed the order.

I was told the order would ship within 2 months. After over 2 months, I was notified that the product had been discontinued. It's still listed on your website, and still has the best price on the web, which is why I ordered it. It shouldn't be... (more)

The sink was for my son who has not yet had time to install it in his own home. He said that sometimes a sink will not balance or sit levelly on/in the cabinet top. The sink is probably just fine, but I don't know for sure yet.

My order was damaged in shipment. Customer service at Homeclick was helpful, professional and understanding. My credit card was credited 2-buiness days. Time constaints required me to buy the same product locally at 15% higher price than Homeclick
