The stove was damaged in shipping and I cannot get them to call me back.

When I finally received my product, I loved it. It's what I expected and more. However it did not ship when it was promised, and this was not communicated to me. It was frustrating trying to get someone to give me a real answer as to what was going on. These bags are becomeing harder and harder to find. So when homeclick had them and they came in a timely manner rather than weeks later it was a pleasure. Thank you Home click

My only complaint is not getting a confirmation email from home click regarding my purchase. The only follow-up was the tracking number for the shipment.

Service was quite satisfactory except for one major purchase, which was found to have been discontinued. I have no way of knowing which item/order you are asking me about.

First service rep did not understand problem and did not correctly resolve problem. Did not hear from homeclick for a week, Called back. The second rep was much better and quickly resolved issue. Still have not received instructions for returning 2 items. (more)

Ordered 8 five-piece place settings fine china with serving pieces becuase price was right and no shipping charges. The web-site was very easy to navigate and because I had specific questions pertaining to the order, the person I called was informed and helpful. Any fears I had about shipment damage, vanished when the three boxes arrived in perfect conditon and each piece of china was flawless, plus they arrived much faster than I had expected! This was my first experience shopping on this site and should the opportunity arise again, I would not hesitate to shop here. I highly recommend shopping at Home Clickl - prices are great, no shipping charge and fantastic SERVICE. (more)

I was pleased with the order and the online order process. Although I did have to wait a couple of weeks for the products, they were worth the wait.

My merchandise was fine but the delivery driver from Penn was terrible.

Everything was great but the restocking charge was high and the shiping delay seems excessive.
