So far I have purchased 3 items from homeclick and I have been very satisfied with the quality,but the items never shipped in the 2 to 3 days as promised however they arrived in 5or 6 days

There was an error in my order. I called Homeclick immediately. Homeclick could give lessons in customer service relations. I feel they went above and beyond in resolving my problem. I will continue to buy from Homeclick.

The picture of my sink showed only one hole for a faucet, but there are two holes, which necessitated our buying a new tap set!
