The insert arrived one week earlier than expected. It arrived in a truck that had a liftgate, and this simplified the unloading greatly. Everything worked perfectly.

I 1st ordered item back on 03/15/09 for $399.85 & it was not delivered, order(H793619)cancelled by Homeclick. The new order(H920661)on 11/27/09 was $450.12 & recv'd 12/31/09. Long time to obtain an item plus paid more. Can you explain this to me?

i have e mailed about the ONE ITEM I ordered and have not heard anything ,I ordered on dec. 11 todayy is dec. 28,,was told it would ship on or before dec. 22 ..this was to be a christmas gift ,,you tell me how satisified I should be

I have called 3 times to get a return authorization.
I was origionally wanting to exchange for the correct size.
Now, I am not sure.
Your recording states that someone will return my call within 24 hours.
It has been 5 days since my origional call.

Great prizes and fast delivery. However, I did not receive a confirmation for my item being shipped. I was about to contact Homeclick...when I was surprised my the arrival of my purchase. I would without a doubt buy another item fromthis company.
