My purchase arrived with a dent to the shower head and I did not receive the correct faucet. I am a little leery to order the other three faucets that I need for other bathrooms. I guess you get what you pay for.

Homeclicks customer service meet my expectations, but the warehouse who shipped out my order, send me a used or display product. It was dirty. I ordered new mechandise. I was quite upset. Now, it is taking longer to receive the replacement shipmetnt.

our order has not been received and it was to be shipped on 10-5-09, Today is 10-12-09. Will contact tomorrow if the product does not arrive. One week is plenty of time for something to be shipped and arrive at destination.

I am very pleased with Homeclick, I have used them in the past and I am very pleased with the products. Customer service is very helpful. Product packing and order tracking was great. I would recomend Homeclick to my friends and family.
