I am very pleased with Homeclick, I have used them in the past and I am very pleased with the products. Customer service is very helpful. Product packing and order tracking was great. I would recomend Homeclick to my friends and family.

The only problem was the delivery. It was arranged for a certain time period. The carrier was about 2 hours late due to a loading error on their part. I had to call a few times to inquire.

The valve I purchased did not have the correct trim plate, trim plate also contained minor damage. Replace is being sent estimated 2-3 weeks for shipping.

I am so sick of webstores that don't update their inventories. There is no excuse for the hassle a customer has to go through. Yes, the order gets cancelled but the "hold" on the credit card remains - how annoying!

The delivery was supposed to be between 10 and 2 of the arranged day. Did not arrive until 6:30, which led to significant inconvenience for us.
