The items did not ship when expected, even though I had been warned there would be several weeks delay. When the expected shipment date passed with no update, I called. Without that call, I believe I would still be waiting.

Sister lives in US,ordering for me. Finally got order was short cordial glass. Would have contacted Homeclick but has to be three days from the day of delivery to due so. Previously ordered from homeclick china and stemware, had no problems.

After ordering, site said all products were in stock and would ship in 2-3 days. After I placed my order, got an e-mail saying my order would ship in a month! I went on line, found another site, had the items in my home within 3 days.
