I am happy with products received, but I ordered 3 sweaters which all showed available online. Then a week or so later I got a notice that one of them will not ship until 1/02/2010. That is pretty late for Christmas. This is irritating.

Placed order online. VERY NEXT MORNING got an email with a 50% off discount. I called customer service, and was told that my order was in process and the discount could not be applied. Plus shipping took 10 days. Usually a happy customer- not this...

Catalog that came with order had lower price for shirts returned (too big). I went reorder smaller size and the price on the internet was still the original price. Waiting to call 800 number to disucss with representive.

I ordered a size 14 pair of slacks. I know my size and I know the Slacks I rec'd are at best a size 10 or 12. They tag states they are a size 14 but they are NOT true to size.

Roamans always has great fitting clothes. I order from them for clothing for my mother and she is very particular, and she is always well pleased.
