after I placed the order the very next day they had free shipping or a % off if you spent a certain amount. I called the very next day that you were open and they said they could not credit my acct. I think that is poor customer service and policy.

Two of the same shirt in different colors fit differently. Jean jacket that was three sizes smaller than the fitting chart recommended still needs some taking up around the waist.

Iloved the dress but it seemed a bit large so I have ordered it again in a smaller size. I will keep the best fit and return the other one

I loved the bra, it just wasn't for me.It just seems like the support I need does not exist in the type of bras that I want.So I am not going to order anymore bras,They have some very nice and good looking bras,they are just not for me.

As I have stated many times and have never received any response, I am tired of trying to purchase something and it is always on back order. So I was unable to purchase what I really wanted and had to settle for something else
