I THOUGHT I should have had free shipping on this purchase, as it says on th back of our catalog, but no one heard my call 9on-line) when I complained.
Product is fine, just too big for the wife.

I never received an email, letter or anything that my item was on back order!
The person I bought the gift for received that info! Including what it was & how much
it cost. I am very disapointed. This was a Christmas gift.

It was for christmas and was told it would not ship till January so we bought other items to replace what was ordered. Then it showed up on christmas eve after i had purchased a replacement item from somewhere else.

If reviews had said how items fit, I would not have to exchange for a different size. The blouse needed to be larger & the shoes a 1/2 size smaller.
