I canceled a backorder order, bc I ended up needing it sooner. I knew it was on backorder, so no problems there, updates were sent giving estimates of shipping date, and finally the staff canceled my order w no problems and refund was issued...

not sure if i did something wrong, but i thought i chose 2-day fed ex & items took about week & 1/2 to arrive...on the flip side was the only site i found w/item purchased & free dvd made up for it

I have purchase several products (more than 10)over the years from them, always prompt shipment, no problems billing, and friendly and helpful customer support. I check with them first for a product I need and if they have it I get it from them.

I was very pleased with my purchase and would not hesitate to order again. Your site is very easy to navigate and a pleasure to use.
