Was very pleased with everything except that the Mont Blanc outer box had slight damage to one corner. Because this is a business gift of some importance and expense, I was a little disappointed to find anything less than perfection.

Everything excellent--especially your excellent customer service representative--very knowledgable, willing to help in any way and quick answer! The only downside was the expensive shipping and handling for such a small item.
