The only comment is that the remote was made in China, and I prefer not to purchase producst made there. My first choice is products made in the USA

I placed my order on May 21 and was not notified until May 29 that the product was out of stock. I went to antoher web site where my order was shipped within three hours.

AAARemotes has not delivered the ordered product. Customer Service has not responded to multiple telephone and email inquiries as to the status of my order. Mixed info as to hours of operation, the published and voicemail info are not the same.

I ordered two multi code 4 botton remotes. The person who put in the batteries must have been mechanically challenged; they scratched the covers and broke off some of the hold down tabs. And on one of the remotes one button does not work.
