Excellent job of shipping, but I didn't receive any info. I called CS to learn when I could expect delivery.
The box was destroyed! Had it not been a mattress, I would not have accepted the package. This is probably just poor handling by UPS.

We are very satisfied with our new mattress and for a price you can't beat! The only thing that was a little below what we expected was the delivery which took 3 instead of 2 days.

The on line tracking never told me any thing but my order was received. The delivery company called me and told me that they would be at my house in 10 minutes to deliver the mattress but never before that.

A great shopping experience. Great products and customer service. This bed is awesome. If your looking for a bed that is extremely soft and comfortable but with excellent support this is your bed.

Five minutes after the deliverymen left I got a cold call from BMS Logistics, the delivery company. A man claimed I owed them an extra $97 for delivery (completely unjustified). Tried to negotiate $47. They got zero from me. Con artist companies!

Ordering process was easy. The post-order tracking not so much. There was no follow-up e-mail with SO # for tracking. After Customer Service call, SO # provided did not work; had to use the HomeDelivery WayBill #. Only covered 1/2 mattresses...
