Great product at a very reasonable price

I had some problems with shipping due to NBF's sales rep not paying attention to my need for inside shipping and the fact that I have no dock.

Shipping Company did not communicate information to me. Problems with first delivery attempt. Jaime was great! Very helpful and understanding.

Great product as described but missing all the hardware to put it together-one phone call and the parts arrived quickly.

The bookcase is attractive, and as sturdy as I expected.

Start delivering your own furniture and doing the installs your self not sending people who know nothing about the product. Real unhappy.

I received a message to contact NBF in regards to delivering my items. When I spoke to customer service,I was asked if the delivery was to a residence or a business. I stated we were an office on the bottom floor. Cust.Serv. said she would call me back with a date of delivery. The next thing I know, the delivery truck is outside my office asking where the dock was located???? We do not have a dock. I was out on lunch when the delivery arrived, and had to rush back to gather some of our male employees to move the delivery from the street and into the office. Other than the damaged box the overall experience was fine. So far upon speaking to get a new box sent to me things seem to moving in the right direction.
