The website shows the order is still in process. The ordering website says there was same day shipping, but I don't believe it would have taken that long. There might just as well not be anything said about order status since it is wrong and... (more)

I am very pleased with the desk and will recommend your company to others in our office. One piece was cracked when delivered and there were no questions; a new piece was ordered immediately.

I expected order 6-10 working days, but received in appr 4. Very quick shipping, and although I had to put together, it was very easy to follow the directions, and only took appr 10 minutes to get it set up.

My $500 chair was received as a pile of parts that were thrown loose into a large unreinforced cardboard box. There was not even one piece of paper in the entire box. The box was taped together with narrow, transparent packing tape. I could go on.

They did not deliver within the 2 week time frame, but customer service helped to ensure our product arrived more timely when I raised the issue.
