The delivery issue was not Alfax's fault - Fedex said they would deliver on Thursday between 10 and 4 and then didn't call me to tell me that the shipment was late.

Was very disappointed to find out the cost involved to return I item I ordered as it did not fit our needs. Ended up keeping it and using it somehwere else instead of being able to return it and get something else.

I have issues with the weight of the product but that is not the fault of the company. I just have not been able to find a sturdy, light-weight lectern. I am afraid I will not be able to carry this particular lectern to my classrooms.

The wrong product was shipped from the manufacturer. Customer service corrected the problem immediately,initiating shipment of the correct product,and offered me a good deal on the incorrect product rather than my returning it.

I was satisfied with my purchase and it met my expectation, but there was minimal damage to some parts, ie. small scuff marks/scratches and the part the monitor sits on doesn't lay completely flat. But other than that the dimensions were a perfect...
