Easy web site, fast ordering, phone chat didn't work. They are more expensive but reliable - probably a good tradeoff.

Rec. 10/23/09,Damaged.Each time asked 4 questions the rep. said she was about to tell me answer, each time, must have been telepathic,annoying. Disappointed of damaged.Opted for reimbursement, rep. was not forth coming about reimb. 255 Character...

Sconce tolerance for lightbulbs and back plate clearance is too tight. Broke one lightbulb screwing it into the socket. The socket needs to be spaced out from the plate a little bit more.

The glass globes were very different from the pictures on-line. I like them but if I had only wanted what was shown on the picture, I would have returned them.You need to make sure that the pictures match the product or you will get many items...
