what i did not like about this online purchase if you spend under $100 you get charged shipping. when you can go to bed bath and beyond with their monthly coupons for 20% off and get the same cost and no shipping charge. basically you do not save by ordering online. (more)

Started when free shipping was for orders for $25> or more now it is $55.00 or more. I actually would probabpy order more often hence more coffee due to the shipping.. I ran out of coffee for about A month due yo other expenses that stopped me from ordering $50,oo at a time. I liked the other shipping and will go elsewhere if I find a better deal. (more)

I love the coffee I did receive, and it got here very fast, however, it was not easy to locate the coffee I wanted on-line. I was looking for one whole box of Green Mountain Breakfast Blend Decaf and could not find it on the web-site. Can you offer me some assistance? Thanks. Tina Romano (more)

Your prices for K-cups are not very comptetive with other companies who sell the same product. I purchase from you because of mypoints but am not sure I will continue because the same brand of K-cups are less expensive on the internet.

Order #390313 placed 4-25 at 5am. Started tracking on 5/2. Said it arrived Little Rock at 6pm It arrived on my door Mon 5-5 at 4pm I only saved 1.00 box x 5 = $5.00 Gas is high but I could have used the $5 in the gas tank and bought it local at 12.50 box. (more)

The only problem I have had with my initial two orders is that I still have a box of 4 cartons (25 ea) to go back where no shipping label or return shipping arrangements have been made (wrong coffee sent....right one shipped...still have wrong coffee)......... (more)
