My biggest issue was the website did not recognize my address and I have ordered from Laptops for Less before. Being a bulb for a TV, I wanted it ordered immediately but had to wait the entire weekend before I could order. Ordered just before...

Called Customer Service to request delivery address change, after placing order online. The online "Shipping to different address button" not functioning properly. The change did not happen.
