Two problems. 1. The cane I received was manufactured in such a way as to mask the beauty of the layered colors. It looks almost totally blue from 3 sides, and the two terraced sides are not balanced (I have 5 other "Colortone" canes). 2. I...

My order was placed on 1/19. The item was not shipped until 1/31. Taking 12 days to get the engraving done is quite excessive. In my humble opinion, you should aim for 3-4 days for engraving.

I have two other canes from you that I really like. this cane was larger and heavier than I expected. I will probably send it back but I don't like that it will cost me approximately 1/2 of what the cane cost. I would like to order another one...
