I returned the first order because the cane was too short. I incured postage of $9.60 thru UPS for the return. I was told you do not pay postage for returned items.

The merchandise was fine but the packing and shipping box was weak and bent and beat up----I was surpris3ed to find the canes ok.

When ordering the cane their website said it was in stock two days later I get an email saying it is backordered and they gave me NO time frame of when they estimated getting it back in no apologies or solutions were given! Not happy with this... (more)

The only thing that upsets me is the fact that you took my money for 2 Day Air Shipment when you are in fact practically around the corner from where I live in St. Petersburg. I obviously over paid for delivery. If

All worked out very well and fast. I had seen one before so was pretty sure it would fold up small enough for a suit case. However it would be a help to others if you listed the over all length of each cane when completely folded up.
