As it was our second time orering your product, walking canes were exactly what we expected.
Only the accessories (cane holders) were too tight for us to handle.

I ordered on Monday and paid for two-day delivery. The product arrived the following Saturday. I tried to track the package and the web site said the information was unavailable. :-( Love the cane, but delivery was awful and no way to follow up.

I must say that the cane has exceeded my expectations. It's wonderful - like having a part of myself back. The quality of the craftsmanship and the quality of the materials are obviously the best of the best.
