I paid $10.00 extra so it could be here in two days,but I had to wait four days to get it.I dont understand why it was late.

I was very unsatisfied: while the product I ordered was in transit to me; you put that item on sale. Your customer service (C.S.) dept. refused to credit my card the difference in price. Not a very C.S. oriented experience at all.

They're running out of Lord of the Rings items, which is all I ever buy online. Too bad, because I'm very happy with the New Line Store's service! I'm going to miss them when they stop selling LOTR altogether.

Would like more Jason merchandise to be available, like hooded sweatshirts, long-sleeve shirts, etc. I love the design of my shirt, contine to make sweet designs like that and I will keep buying them.

They should open an account for satisfied customers to have when they return and give them a credit to pay later.
