My item was backordered, so I didn't get it as soon as I hoped. Once they got it, I received it in a timely manner. Otherwise, I was happy. I'd suggest - if something is backordered - to indicate that and an expected timeframe on the ordering...

Customer service manager did not take responsibility for my satifaction. Blames it on Sony. I did not place an order with Sony. My order was to PCNation and PCNation should have taken responsibility for my satifaction.

I purchased speakercraft items and the web site indicates you are an authorized dealer but the speaker craft web site indicates you are not an authorized dealer. Neither speakercraft or PC nation had any additional information when contacted.

I tried to explain the problem, but your 255 character limit which you don't let us know about until after its been exceeded and the submit button pressed made that impossible. So let's just say that, like you, they aren't upfront about everything.
