I am so happy with my experience with 42nd Street Photo. I picked up the phone, told them what I wanted and within 3 days, I had it in my hand....and at the lowest price I might add! Truly a fabulous experience.

I was able to return an accessory kit for only a 10% restocking fee, thanks to Junior. He said he wanted to make sure I was a satisfied customer and now I am! Ask for Junior, he'll take care of you!

The case for the Canon camera is way...too small, does not fit camera & lenses, there is no Case for the Sony camcorder at all, I ordered packets for it hoping that the case for Sony was included and the right case for Canon.

A salesman called to double checking my order, but what he really wanted was to sell me more stuff. I wasn't happy about that. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with the overall experience. I received my purchase very fast.
