I do not like sales people calling me after I place an internet order under the guise of confirming my address information. The real intent is to try and sell me accessories. Next time I'll use another internet vendor that does not use this ploy.

Website was easy to navigate, found exactly what I was looking for, the checkout process was simple. Customer service called verified the order & made suggestions on products that were not included with order (memory card & extended battery).

I've been a customer since 2004 or 2005 and have been very satisfied with my purchases. I would love to see greener packaging, for example, corn based packing pellets vs. inflated plastic pouches.
