I called to talk to someone about the dash mount i bought. I thought I got the wrong one and Jeff in sales was very rude,all but called me a liar on the phone. Other then that my service was great.

When ordering the item on line there was no indication of it being in stock. I even got a verification that the order was accepted and would be on its way soon. Then a couple of days later I was notified via email that my order would be canceled.

We put the antenna at camp and haven't had much of a chance to use it yet. Wasn't drunk and didn't throw it at my spouse!!!
