just an fyi. the phone number for the company should be on the bottom left hand corner of the invoice that is emailed to you. if you press option 1 to get an operator, you will likely get a voicemail. try dialing a number b/w 104 and 109 (because the operator is at ext 103). it worked for me.
i just placed an order and called them to confirm it was in-stock...which they say it was. I also confirmed that it takes up to 3 biz days to prepare and ship an in-stock order and another 4-7 for delivery via standard usps. I'll update you once I receive my pkg.

I purchased two items from DayDeal and neither functioned as described. I bought a wired remote for my mp3 player and it caused my device to stop working. DayDeal customer service was rude and refused to assist in repairing my product. I will never shop with DayDeal again. (more)

I purchased a "holster" for a cell phone and paid through Google Check Out. I never received a confirmation that the order was in process and sent an email requesting confirmation. I never got a reply so called DayDeal (after going through some hoops to find their phone number since it isn't on their website) to confirm they received the order. They confirmed it had been received. I again emailed them several days later to find out the status, but didn't get a reply. I tried calling a few times, but there was no answer. After waiting the 4-7 business days for shipping and not having received any response, I again emailed asking for confirmation that the item had been shipped. Again I received... (more)

You are the only ones I could find who make a handsfree set for the pantech duo. I can hear out of perfectly but people I call can barely hear me and hear lots of static. :o(

The only problem with my order is that the products that I recieved did not suit the specs that the website listed for these items. It also appears that I will be required to pay shipping to return something that is not my fault. Also it would be nice to have a phone number to call for customer service. (more)
