I have ordered three times. First time I was disappointed in finished product because of my font choices -- print didn't closely enough resemble the screen. So I modified and reordered, after contacting your excellent customer service to determine what font was used on each line. But alas, I still didn't like the outcome, so I ordered again, and contacted CS again with another font question. They are EXCELLENT! I love that I can order a sample page before placing a whole order! (more)

The font size of the first line was supposed to be one size higher than the remaining lines. The labels that I received did not reflect that.

I especially appreciate the fact that the option to shipp their product to Canada is made clear prior to beginning my order. Many waebsites do not indicate this until the final orders processing screens which is really annoying and short sighted, Superior Labels obviously realizes that e business is global! Thanks (more)
