I SHOPPED AT COLUMBIA HOUSE AND FAMILY VIDEO BEFORE I DISCOVERED DEEP DISCOUNT,ABOUT A YEAR AND A HALF AGO.DEEP DISCOUNT`S PRICES ARE ALWAYS LOWER, MUCH BETTER DEALS,AND MAYBE BEST OF ALL THE FREE SHIPPING.

The first item that shipped is great, and it beat competitor prices. However, the second item I never received because it was not in fact in stock like I was led to believe by the website so it was cancelled.

I liked that I didn't have to take time to run to the store [Walmart or Target] to find the DVDs I wanted. However, one of them was more expensive @ DD.Com even after figuring in the sales tax I would have been charged if I bought it at the store.

I became aware of deep discount from the store in Naperville. I was able to order dvd's from the on-line store from the store. I got to know and trust this company to have what I want and to be able to get the best price.
